Saturday Shopping – A Supermarket Sweep!

I haven’t done a Saturday shopping post for a while but I just wanted to pop in with a quick one because there are so many great deals out there at the moment, I just couldn’t help but to share!!

The supermarkets are really ‘bringing it’ (as my teenager might say!) at the moment with their homes and interior ranges. Tesco have just released a spring range that keeps popping up in my Facebook feed and is making me seriously question my efforts to curb my spending at the moment!

I did just have to snag myself a couple of these cushions, I couldn’t resist! I’ve been in the market for something to add a little spring ‘lift’ to our living room and I haven’t been able to find exactly what I was looking for. I’m hoping these are ‘it’ but time will tell!!

Also, these cute little candle holders combine a lacy effect with rose gold – and they are only £8 for three!

Finally, I’m loving these pretty cake plates. You can’t go wrong with pastel colours and gold can you?!

Did you know that Aldi have a homewares range? I didn’t! And there are some real bargains to be had!

Look at these fun mini-pouffe’s for less than £25!

And these tripod lights are so stylish – and they look like they would cost a fortune!

Finally, for anyone looking for stylish dining chairs on a tight budget, I would think these might be pretty perfect! Less than £40 a pair.

Sainsbury’s is always one of my favourite spots for homeware shopping and their current ranges are not disappointing.

These woven baskets are so cute – perfect for throwing kids toys into at the end of the day or to keep a couple of blankets close to the sofa for a chilli evening!

This little set of drawers would look so cute on a desk to gather papers or in the hallway for keys and sunglasses.

And you can always rely on Sainsbury’s for pretty faux flowers. I recently bought these and have been moving them all over the house ever since – I feel I need some for every room!

George at Asda also keep catching my eye with their bargain home furnishings.

We have been tempted to buy a set of rattan furniture for the garden for years now but have never taken the plunge because of the cost. However, George have just introduced some bargain versions. This one for only £249 seems like it could be an option if, like us, you haven’t justified a more expensive purchase.

Also, these loungers look like they would provide a very comfortable place to rest and enjoy a spot of sunbathing if you are ‘stay-cationing’ this summer and they are better priced than anything I found during an extensive internet search for similar this time last year – typical!

So there we have it, some super bargains when it comes to furnishing your home and garden this summer. Any of them tempt you? You can read other Saturday Shopping Posts here. I hope your weekend holds plenty of fun, family and friends.

As always, you can sign up to my email feed (see sign-up box top right on a computer or below on a tablet or smart phone), and follow me on FacebookTwitterPinterest and Instagram for updates between posts. Thanks so much for reading. Until next time…xoxo!
